의료통역 시나리오 (뇌졸중)

 

의사: 안녕하세요. 오늘은 어떤 문제로 오셨나요?

 

D: Hello, What brings you in today?

 

P: I'm not feeling well. My left arm feels weak, and I'm having trouble speaking clearly.

 

환자: 몸이 안 좋아요. 왼쪽 팔에 힘이 없고 말하는 게 명확하지 않아요.

 

의사: 이 증상들이 언제부터 시작되었나요?

 

D: When did these symptoms start?

 

P: About an hour ago. My wife noticed my face looked droopy on one side too.

 

환자: 약 한 시간 전부터요. 아내가 제 얼굴 한쪽이 쳐져 보인다고 했어요.

 

의사: 알겠습니다. 이 증상들은 뇌졸중의 가능성이 있어 걱정됩니다. 빨리 조치를 취해야 합니다. 양팔을 들어올릴 수 있나요?

 

D: I see. These symptoms are concerning for a possible stroke. We need to act quickly. Can you raise both arms for me?

 

P: I can only raise my right arm properly.

 

환자: 오른팔만 제대로 들 수 있어요.

 

의사: 알겠습니다. 즉시 뇌 영상 검사를 요청하고 뇌졸중 프로토콜을 시작하겠습니다. 뇌졸중 치료에서는 시간이 매우 중요합니다. 고혈압이나 심장 질환 병력이 있으신가요?

 

D: Okay. I'm going to call for immediate brain imaging and start stroke protocol. Time is critical in stroke treatment. Do you have any history of high blood pressure or heart disease?

 

P: Yes, I've been on medication for high blood pressure for the past five years.

 

환자: 네, 5년 전부터 고혈압 약을 복용하고 있어요. 

 

의사: 말씀해 주셔서 감사합니다. 그 점을 고려하겠습니다. 간단한 신경학적 검사를 하겠습니다. 웃어 보실 수 있나요?

 

D: Thank you for letting me know. We'll take that into acccount. I'm going to perform a quick neurological exam. Can you smile for me?

 

P: (Attempts to smile, but one side of face doesn't move)

 

환자: (웃으려고 하지만 얼굴 한쪽이 움직이지 않음)

 

의사: 좋습니다. 이제 이문장을 따라 해 보세요. 사과는 빨갛다.

 

D: Alright. Now, can you repeat this phrase. "The apple is red"

 

P: (Slurs words) The...Apple...is....re...re

 

환자: (말을 더듬으며) 사과...는...빠...빨

 

의사: 알겠습니다. 이러한 증상들로 볼 때, 급성 허혈성 뇌졸중의 가능성이 있습니다. 즉시 CT 촬영을 해서 확인하고 최선의 치료 방법을 결정해야 합니다. 

 

D: I understand. Based on these symptoms, we're dealing with a possible acute ischemic stroke. We need to get  you to the CT scanner immediately to confirm and determine the best course of treatment.

 

P: Is it serious? Will I be okay?

 

환자: 심각한가요? 괜찮아질까요?

 

의사: 뇌졸중은 심각한 상태이지만, 신속한 치료로 많은 환자들이 상당히 회복됩니다. 지금 가장 중요한 것은 빠르게 행동하는 것이니다. 최상의 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다. 

 

D: Stroke is a serious condition, but with prompt treatment, many patients recover significantly. The most important thing right now is to act fast. We'll do everything we can to give you the best possible outcome.
