D: Based on your symptoms and this examination, it appears you may have a lumbar strain. However, given the tingling in your leg, we should also consider the possibility of a herniated disc.

P: That sounds serious. What should I do?

환자: 심각해 보이네요. 어떻게 해야 하나요?
